Meat for Santa Claus

Meat for Santa Claus, prepare this dish for the New Year and expect guests, they will certainly appear.

Pork tenderloin 400 g

Soy sauce 1/2 cup

Tomato 1 pc

Fresh cucumber 1 pc

Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.

Hard cheese 50 g

Spices for meat to taste

Dill (greens) to taste

Parsley (greens) to taste

Salt to taste


Cut the meat into pieces.

Pour the sauce and the same amount of water into a bowl.

Place the meat in a bowl for 1 hour.

Put the meat and sprinkle it with spices, salt.

Bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 200 degrees C. Cut the tomato into slices. Cut the cheese into slices. Finely chop the greens.

Pass the garlic through a garlic press. In a separate bowl, combine the garlic, herbs and mayonnaise.

Put a slice of cheese on top of a tomato slice, greasing with mayonnaise and herbs. Repeat several layers so that the tomato gathers in circles.

Put lettuce leaves, a piece of meat and a tomato turret on a plate. Decorate with cucumber slices.
