Puff salad with liver "2020"

Puff liver salad "2020" is a delicious and original holiday salad with liver for your New Year's table.

Ingredients

Chicken liver 300 g

Cheese 100 g

Eggs 3 pcs

Pickled cucumbers 2 pcs

Carrot 1 pc

Mayonnaise 5-6 tbsp l.

Salt to taste

Preparation

Boil the carrots, cool and peel.

Rinse 300 g of chicken liver.

Fold the chicken liver into a saucepan, pour 1/2 liter of water and cook over medium heat for 30 minutes.

Remove the liver from the broth and cool.

Place the serving ring on the dish and place the grated liver.

Salt the liver layer and brush with 2 tbsp. tablespoons of mayonnaise.

Add a layer of grated boiled carrots.

Lubricate with 2 tbsp. tablespoons of mayonnaise.

Add a layer of two grated pickled cucumbers.

Add a layer of 100 g grated cheese.

Lubricate with 2 tbsp. tablespoons of mayonnaise.

Boil 3 eggs, judge and peel.

Add a layer of grated eggs.

Decorate the salad with pickled cucumbers and green peas. Remove the serving ring.
