Baked chicken with mushrooms

Chicken 1 pc

Champignons 7-10 pcs

Korean carrots 200 g

Garlic clove 2 pcs

Provencal mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.

Parsley (greens) 1 bunch



Rinse and dry the chicken well. Rub inside and out with salt.

Rinse and peel the mushrooms.

In a bowl, combine chopped mushrooms, Korean carrots and finely chopped parsley.

Mix the compressed garlic and mayonnaise.

Stuff the chicken with the filling. Top it is good to coat with mayonnaise and garlic.

Place chicken on a baking sheet with parchment, breast side down.

Cook in the oven for 1-1.5 hours at a temperature of 200 degrees C.

Cool the cooked chicken a little and put it on a platter with lettuce and vegetables.
