Herring under a fur coat with an apple

Lightly salted herring 200 g

Potatoes 2 pcs

Beet 1 pc

Apple 1 pc

Provencal mayonnaise 2-3 tbsp l.

Green onions

Salt to taste


Cut herring fillets into small cups and place on a serving dish.

Lay the grated apple without a peel in the next layer.

Boil potatoes in their skins, cool and peel. Lay a layer of grated potatoes on the apple layer, add a little salt.

Grease a layer of potatoes with mayonnaise.

Put a layer of boiled grated beets, salt and grease with mayonnaise.

Cool in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. Sprinkle finely over chopped green onions.
