Liver roll

We advise you to try this liver roll. Delicious, inexpensive and original appetizer, it's easy!

Cooking time 40 minutes


Chicken liver 500 g

Processed cheese Latvian 200 g

Eggs 4 pcs

Provencal mayonnaise 3 tbsp l.

Dill 1 pc

Garlic clove 2-3 pcs

Wheat flour 1 tbsp. l.




Whisk eggs in a bowl.

Rinse and dry the chicken liver.

Grind the liver in a blender.

Combine beaten eggs and liver.

Add flour, salt and pepper.

Mix well.

Cover a baking sheet or mold with parchment and pour out the liver mass in an even layer.

Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees C for 10-12 minutes. Cool the finished liver sheet and remove from the parchment.

Combine cheese, mayonnaise, pressed garlic and finely chopped dill on a plate.

Grease the liver leaf well.

Roll up roll. Leave in the cold for a couple of hours.

Delicate, delicious liver roll is ready. Cut into small portions. Put on a platter with lettuce leaves.

Serve to the festive table.
