Sniezki snack bars are a real New Year's treat. Small "snow" balls will be a hit at your table.
Cooking time 25 minutes
Squid carcass 2-3 pcs
Eggs 2 pcs
Hard cheese 100 g
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.
Olives (for decoration) 5-7 pcs
Green onion (feather) 1 bunch
Boil squid in boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes. Take out and cool.
In a bowl, combine finely diced eggs, diced squid, finely chopped onion and mayonnaise.
Mix well. Grate cheese into another bowl.
Form balls with a spoon or with your hands and roll in grated cheese.
Place the balls on a serving platter and garnish with the onions and olives.
