Christmas stars

This recipe will help you make fabulous cookies for New Year's or Christmas.

Cooking time 35 minutes

Ingredients

Flour 1 stack.

Sugar 1/2 cup

Butter 150 g

Baking powder 1 tsp.

Citric acid 1/4 pc

Egg yolk 2 pcs

Preparation

Mix flour with sugar, baking powder and citric acid.

Mix. Add yolks.

Add butter in chunks and chop the whole mixture well.

Knead the dough quickly and refrigerate for 2 hours.

When the dough has cooled, roll out a layer no more than 1 cm thick.

Cut with molds or figures.

Transfer to a baking sheet with parchment and bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 200 degrees C until golden brown. Take out the cookies to cool. Split in two.

Spread with boiled condensed milk. Place on a platter and garnish with powdered sugar.
