It is difficult to think of a simpler and at the same time satisfying and delicious recipe than potatoes with mushrooms in the oven. This dish can be safely served on the New Year's table.
Cooking time 50 minutes
Potatoes 5-7 pcs
Champignons 200 g
Baltic cheese 100 g
Green onion (feather) 1 bunch
Vegetable oil 3-4 tbsp. l.
Boil the potatoes until tender.
Cool and peel.
Cut the mushrooms into halves.
Fry mushrooms and finely chopped green onions in a pan with vegetable oil, 2-3 minutes. Salt.
Cut the potatoes into halves and make small indentations in each half. Salt a little.
Fill the halves with mushrooms.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Put in the oven for 15 minutes at 200 degrees C.
Put the finished halves on a dish with lettuce leaves.
Potatoes with mushrooms in the oven are ready. Can be served with the Christmas table.
