Wheat flour of the highest grade 100 g
Hard cheese 50 g
Smoked sausage 50 g
Cream cheese (feta cheese) 50 g
Sour cream 20% fat. 4 tbsp. l.
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Beat eggs until frothy. Add flour, salt and pepper.
Cut the cheese and sausage into small cubes.
Put the dough in tins and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 20-25 minutes.
Cool the finished muffins.
For the cream cheese, combine the cream cheese and sour cream in a bowl.
Beat well with a mixer. Add color and mix.
Use a pastry bag to place the cream cheese on top of the muffins.
Serve to the table.
