"Jackie" cutlets with pumpkin

Cutlets with funny faces for an awfully delicious Halloween.

Pork 1 kg

Pumpkin 200 g

Onion 1-2 pcs

Eggs 1 pc

Cheese slice 6 pcs

Salt 1/4 tsp

Dried garlic 1/4 tsp


Rinse the meat, peel the onion and pumpkin.

Skip meat, pumpkin and onion through a meat grinder.

Add egg, salt and dry garlic.

Mix the minced meat well.

Form cutlets and roll a little in bread crumbs.

Put on a baking sheet covered with parchment.

Bake in the oven for 50 minutes at 180 degrees C.

Cut out faces from thin slices of cheese.

Place the cheese slices on the hot patties and place in the hot oven for 10 minutes.

Place on a plate.

Jackie pumpkin cutlets are ready. Decorate as desired and serve.
