Easter cottage cheese with raisins without eggs, one of the traditional treats of the Easter table.
Cooking time 30 minutes
Curd 1 kg
Raisins white 100 g
Butter 100 g
Sugar 100 g
Candied fruits (for decoration) to taste
Put the curd in a bowl.
Pass through a meat grinder.
Soak the raisins in hot water.
Whisk butter and sugar in a bowl.
Add raisins and whipped butter to the curd.
Stir the curd mass.
Cover the form with gauze and lay out the curd mass.
Wrap the edges of the cheesecloth and refrigerate overnight.
Put the finished Easter on a dish, remove the gauze.
Decorate with candied fruits, nuts or raisins as desired.
