Curd 1 kg

Eggs 3 pcs

Sugar 120 g

Butter 100 g

Cream 15% fat. 15% fat 150 ml

Candied fruits 50 g


Transfer fresh cottage cheese to a bowl.

Pass through a meat grinder or rub through a sieve.

Mix eggs with sugar in a saucepan.

Add cream and stir. Put on fire.

Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.

Add soft butter and candied fruits to a bowl of cottage cheese. Add the cooled egg mass and mix.

Line the bowl with gauze in several layers, fill with curd mass.

Roll the edges and place in a bowl to drain the whey. Refrigerate for 12 hours.

Put the Easter out of the mold on a plate and garnish with candied fruits.
