Curd Easter "Cherry"

Vishnevaya cottage cheese Easter is an original way to prepare delicious and beautiful cottage cheese Easter and surprise guests.

Curd 9% 600 g

Sour cream 20% fat. 100 g

Cherry, fresh frozen (pitted) 100 g

Sugar 100 g

Butter 100 g


Defrost cherries.

Melt butter in a frying pan, add sugar.

Cook for 2-3 minutes. Until large bubbles appear.

Gently add the cherry and juice.

Bring to a boil over low heat and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Beat cottage cheese with sour cream with a mixer, for 5-7 minutes.

Add the cherry sauce and stir.

Cover the bag with gauze.

Lay out the cherry mass.

Roll up the edges and place the load. Refrigerate overnight. Remove Easter from the mold, remove the gauze.
