Potato nests for Easter, a delicious and original way to prepare an inexpensive holiday dish.
Cooking time 45 minutes
Potatoes 4-5 pcs
Eggs 4-5 pcs
Cheese 100 g
Paprika 1 pinch.
Greenery for decoration
Salt to taste
Boil the potatoes in their skins, add a little salt to the water.
Cool and clean.
With a teaspoon, gently make indentations.
Salt inside and break one egg into each potato.
Sprinkle with paprika on top.
Place the grated cheese on top and put in an oven preheated to 200 degrees C for 15 minutes.
Cool slightly and place on a dish with herbs. Serve to the table.
