Easter cottage cheese with raisins

Not one Easter table is complete without Easter cottage cheese. This recipe will help you prepare delicious raisin cottage cheese Easter.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Curd 1 kg

Butter 150 g

Eggs 3 pcs

Sugar 100 g

Vanillin 1 g

Cream 10% fat. 400 g

Raisins 100 g


Pass the cottage cheese through a meat grinder. Add softened butter.

Beat eggs with a mixer with sugar and vanilla.

Add cream, mix well.

Pour into a saucepan and place over medium heat. Bring to a boil and cook until the mixture thickens. Then cool the mass a little. Scald the raisins with boiling water and dry. Combine curd, raisins and egg mixture.

Line the form with gauze.

Put the curd mass and put a little oppression on top.

Keep in the refrigerator for 12 hours. Get it out and decorate to your liking.
