Potatoes with sauerkraut

Everyone's favorite potato and sauerkraut, an excellent dish for fasting.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Potatoes 5-6 pcs

Sauerkraut 200 g

Olive oil 3-4 tbsp. l.

Dill 1 bunch

Green onion (feather) 1 bunch

Paprika 1 tsp

Salt to taste


Peel the potatoes.

Cook in water until tender.

Place hot potatoes on a platter and chop with a knife.

For dressing, mix finely chopped parsley, olive oil and paprika.

Place the sauerkraut in one layer on a large flat dish.

Place the chopped potatoes and top with the dressing.

Garnish with green onions and serve.
