Pancakes with curd cream and lingonberry jam

These pancakes with curd cream and lingonberry jam will delight your guests.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Warm water 900 ml

Ready mix for pancakes TM "Aleika" 500 g

Curd 400 g

Lingonberry jam 100 g

Sour cream 4 tbsp. l.

Unrefined sunflower oil TM "Aleika" 2 tbsp. l.

Sugar 2 tbsp. l.


Pour in 900 milliliters of warm water in a thin stream and mix well with a whisk until smooth.

Mix well the pancake dough and leave for 10-15 minutes.

Bake pancakes on both sides in a preheated pan greased with vegetable oil.

Fold the finished pancakes in a stack.

For the filling, put 400 grams of cottage cheese in a bowl.

Pass the cottage cheese through a meat grinder.

Add 4 tablespoons of sour cream and 2 tablespoons of sugar.

Beat the curd mass well with a mixer.

Grease each pancake with curd cream.

Place a tablespoon of jam over the pancake.

Wrap the edges.

Roll up the pancake.

Cut into halves. Stuff all the pancakes and place on a platter.

Pancakes with curd cream and lingonberry jam are ready. Can be served at the table.

Now, thin pancakes can be prepared much easier and faster: just add water and oil, as the mixture for making pancakes TM "Aleika" already contains everything you need to knead pancake dough: milk, eggs, salt.
