Custard easter

Delicious Easter custard, a traditional Easter table dish that is easy to prepare.

Cooking time 45 minutes


Curd 1 kg

Sour cream 20% fat. 1/2 stack.

Eggs 2 pcs

Sugar 1/2 cup

Vanillin 1 g

Butter 70 g

Raisins 100 g


Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve for 2 times or pass through a meat grinder.

Beat sour cream with eggs and butter. Put on low heat. While stirring, bring to a boil.

Mix sour cream with cottage cheese. Add raisins, vanillin, sugar.

Line a mold for Easter or a sieve with gauze, lay out the curd mass and put under pressure in the cold for 10-12 hours.

Decorate Easter with banana, chocolate and pomegranate seeds before serving.
