White wine mulled wine with orange and cranberry

Intense taste, tonic notes of spices. Fabulous winter walks and a cup of hot mulled wine.

Ingredients

Dry white wine 12% alcohol 500 ml

Cranberries 100 g

Orange 1 piece

Raisins 3-5 pcs

Cinnamon stick 2 pcs

Anise in stars 2 pcs

Cloves 3-4 pcs

Sugar 1-2 tbsp. l.

Preparation

Prepare the spices, wash the orange well.

Put the spices in a saucepan, cut the orange into pieces and squeeze the juice along with the pulp. Add defrosted cranberries

Cook until the berries soften, 2-3 minutes.

Add wine, sugar to taste. Warm up well, but not boil. Let it brew.

Strain and pour into glasses.

White wine mulled wine with orange and cranberry is ready. Garnish as desired and serve hot.
