Iced tea with rhubarb

Unusual refreshing iced tea with subtle sourness of rhubarb and mint aroma.

Cooking time 1 hour


Water 1 l

Rhubarb 10-12 pcs

Black tea 1-2 pcs

Mint 1-2 sprigs

Sugar 2-3 tbsp. l.

Ice to taste


Peel the rhubarb and wash well.

Cut the stems into small cubes.

Fold into a saucepan.

Add mint leaves.

Add tea bags and sugar.

Pour boiling water over.

Leave covered for 15-20 minutes.

Strain and cool.

Pour into glasses, add ice cubes to taste.

Iced tea with rhubarb is ready. You can enjoy the taste on a hot summer day.
