Salad with saury and rice "Chaika"

Salad with saury and rice "Seagull", incredibly easy to prepare, an excellent recipe both for a festive table and for every day.

Cooking time 25 minutes


Polished rice 100 g

Canned saury 1 piece

Eggs 2 pcs

Provencal mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.

Dill 1 bunch

Salt to taste


Bone saury and knead well.

Boil rice and cool.

In a bowl, combine boiled grated eggs and fish.

Add rice.

Add finely chopped dill and mayonnaise. Salt a little.

Stir and let it brew.

Put on a platter and serve to the festive table.
