Vegetable salad with cabbage


White cabbage 200 g

Carrot 1 pc

Bell pepper 1/2 pc

Fresh cucumber (small) 1 pc

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Apple cider vinegar 1 tbsp l.

Salt 1 pinch.

Sugar 1 pinch.


Wash and peel vegetables.

Finely chop the cabbage. Cut carrots, cucumber and pepper into strips. Place all vegetables in a bowl.

Add salt, sugar, bite, vegetable oil and mix the salad well with your hands. Wrinkle a little. Let it brew for 20 minutes.

Put on plates.

Serve our salad with cabbage to the table.
