Cherry sbiten

Cherry Sbiten, a non-alcoholic hot drink that will keep you warm during your winter holidays and beyond.

Cooking time 20 minutes


Water 2 l

Cherries (frozen) 400 g

Honey 1 tbsp l.

Cinnamon stick 1 pc

Star anise 2 pcs


Defrost 400 g cherries.

Prepare 1 cinnamon stick and 2 star anise stars.

Fold the berries and spices into a saucepan.

Pour 2 liters of water and cook.

After boiling, reduce heat to a minimum and boil for 10-15 minutes.

Strain through a sieve.

Add 1-2 tbsp. tablespoons of honey and mix.

Pour into glasses or pour into a thermos. Cherry sbiten is ready. Keep warm after winter walks.
