This delicious refreshing cranberry juice will boost your immune system after a long winter.
Cooking time 20 minutes
Cranberries 300 g
Water 2 l
Honey 2 tbsp l.
Remove the berries from the freezer. Put the berries in a saucepan and cover with water.
Cook after boiling for 3-5 minutes.
Strain, mash the boiled berries well.
Add honey to the cooled fruit drink and mix well.
Pour fruit drink into glasses.
The cranberry juice is ready. Can be served at the table.
