Kissel from berries, it is very tasty and healthy. This is a real Russian winter drink.
Cooking time 15 minutes
Frozen berries 500 g
Water 2 l
Sugar 4-5 tbsp. l.
Starch 2-3 tbsp. l.
Defrost the berries a little.
Place in a saucepan and add water.
Cook after boiling for 3-5 minutes.
Strain through a colander.
Dissolve the starch in cold water.
Pour into a saucepan and cook over low heat until thickened.
Our delicious and healthy berry jelly is ready. Pour into glasses and serve.
