Kissel from sea buckthorn

Sea buckthorn is the most useful berry! And sea buckthorn jelly is the most delicious delicacy and remedy for colds.

Cooking time 20 minutes


Water 2 l

Sea buckthorn (frozen) 200 g

Boiled water (cold) 100 ml

Sugar 3-4 tbsp l.

Starch 3-4 tbsp. l.


Defrost the sea buckthorn berries.

Put the berries in a saucepan and cover with water.

Put to cook, cook after boiling for 2-3 minutes.

Strain through a sieve and knead the berries well.

Add sugar and mix well.

Dissolve starch in cold water.

Add starch and stirring constantly over medium heat until thickened.

Cover the finished jelly with a lid and leave for 10-12 minutes.

Pour into glasses.

Sea buckthorn kissel is ready. You can treat everyone to a delicious and bright winter drink.
