New Year's salad "Mitten"

Chicken fillet 75 g

Potatoes 2 pcs

Carrots 2 pcs

Eggs 3 pcs

Canned champignons 100 g

Mayonnaise 50 g

Boil the chicken fillet until tender and leave to cool in the broth. Put finely chopped chicken fillet in the form of a mitten in the first layer.

Grease with mayonnaise and lay out a layer of grated boiled potatoes, grease with mayonnaise.

In a third layer, lay out slices of chopped canned mushrooms, brush a little with mayonnaise.

Put grated eggs in a four layer and brush with mayonnaise.

Put grated carrots in the last layer and salt a little.

Decorate as desired and let soak in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
