Easter "Blueberry"

Cottage cheese Easter "Blueberry" is one of the main attributes of the Easter table. It can be easily prepared by a culinary specialist with any experience.

Low-fat cottage cheese 600 g

Sour cream 10% fat. 100 g

Sugar (sand) 50 g

Blueberry jam 3-4 tbsp l.




Put the cottage cheese in a bowl and knead a little with a crush. If the curd is watery, it will be better to wrap it in several layers of gauze and leave it under pressure for several hours. Pass dry cottage cheese through a meat grinder.

Add sour cream and sugar.

Mix well.

Add blueberry jam and mix well.

Lay out the bag with gauze in several layers.

Put the curd mass in a pastry box and cover on top. You can install a small press on top. Put Easter in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.

Put the finished Easter on a dish and decorate with candied fruits.
