Dessert raspberry


Sour cream 20% fat. 200 g

Frozen raspberries 200 g

Gelatin 10 g

Water 150 pcs

Sugar to taste 3-5 tbsp. l.

Soak gelatin in cold water until swelling.

Put the frozen raspberries with sugar in a blender bowl.

Beat with a blender until sugar mass is obtained.

Warm the swollen gelatin a little over the fire and pour into a bowl. Add raspberries with sugar and stir quickly.

Add cold sour cream and whisk quickly to mix the whole mass.

Transfer to molds or bowls and cool in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.

Decorate the finished raspberry dessert with berries on top and serve.
