Blizzard salad

A bright and very tasty New Year's salad "Blizzard" is just the right place for the winter New Year's table. This is the salad your guests will eat first.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Potatoes 2 pcs

Ham 100 g

Champignons 6 pcs

Canned green peas 100 g

Eggs 2 pcs

Pickled cucumbers 2 pcs

Cheese 50 g

Green onions

Vegetable oil

Mayonnaise to taste

Salt to taste


Peel the potatoes and cut into strips.

Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Put on a dish and let cool.

Wash the mushrooms and cut into slices. Fry in a little vegetable oil, remove on paper towels and let cool.

In a bowl, combine chopped boiled eggs, diced cucumbers. Add chopped ham into strips.

Add canned green peas and grated cheese.

Add mushrooms and stir. Season with mayonnaise, salt if desired.

Put in a salad bowl and put potatoes on top. Sprinkle with finely chopped onions. New Year's salad "Blizzard" is ready. Can be served to the New Year's table.
