Delicious, tender and easy to prepare Chinese cabbage salad with crab sticks. It can be prepared with vegetable oil or mayonnaise.
Cooking time 15 minutes
Peking cabbage 200 g
Crab sticks 100 g
Canned corn 100 g
Bell pepper 1 pc
Parsley (greens) 1 bunch
Vegetable oil (or mayonnaise for dressing) to taste
Salt to taste
Peking cabbage peel of sluggish leaves, crab sticks get out of the package.
Chop cabbage and sticks into strips into a bowl.
Add chopped bell pepper into strips.
Add canned corn and finely chopped parsley.
Salt and stir the salad. Season to taste with vegetable oil or mayonnaise of your choice.
Salad with crab sticks and Chinese cabbage is ready. Put in a salad bowl and serve.
