Cooking time 40 minutes
Frozen strawberries 200 g
Cream 35% fat. 200 ml
Gelatin 25 g
Sugar 50 g
Defrost berries and mix with sugar.
Beat with a blender in mashed potatoes.
Soak gelatin in cream for 20-30 minutes and bring to a boil.
Cool slightly and add strawberry puree. Add sugar as desired.
Pour into molds and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
Put on a platter and garnish with berries.
