Dessert "Orange glass"

Orange 2 pcs

Gelatin 20 g

Cream 20% fat. 30 ml

Sugar 2 tbsp. l.


Soak gelatin in water for 1 hour. Peel the orange and cut into slices. Squeeze juice from the second orange through a juicer. Bring the swollen gelatin to a boil, but do not boil! Divide the gelatin base into three parts. Pour orange juice into one and boil. Pour cold cream into the other. Add sugar to the third and boil until the sugar is completely dissolved. Take two wide glasses or bowls and pour the orange syrup in the first layer, refrigerate for 20-30 minutes. Then take out and pour out the creamy syrup and put it in the refrigerator too. The third layer is of colorless syrup, and in the middle you put orange slices. Refrigerate until jelly is complete.
