Lovers pears

Wash the pears.

Peel, leave the tail.

Pour water into a saucepan, add sugar and boil.

Add spices.

Add wine.

Place pears in a saucepan and cook for 15-20 minutes over low heat.

Place gently on a dish. Boil the syrup for another 30 minutes.

Put the pears on a platter with ice cream and pour over the syrup. Serve to the table.
