Sour apple 3-4 pcs



Wash and dry apricots and apples well.

Put apricots in halves in clean jars, removing the seeds.

Add quartered uncored apples.

Pour boiling water into jars and cover with lids for 15 minutes.

Pour the water into a saucepan, add sugar (per 1 liter - 200 grams of sugar) and boil the syrup.

Pour hot syrup into jars and roll up. Put the jars in a warm place until they cool. Apricot compote with apples is ready for the winter. Store in a cool place.
