Salted red fish salad

Ingredients

Green salad leaves 4-5 pcs

Red onion (small) 1 pc

Cherry tomatoes 5 pcs

Slightly salted red fish 150 g

Vinegar 9% 1 tbsp. l.

Sugar 1 tsp

Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste

Preparation

Cut the onion into thin rings and marinate with sugar, salt, oil and vinegar.

Tear the salad with your hands.

Add the plastic cut fish, halved cherry and onion to the salad.

Mix. Salad with salted red fish is ready.
