Salad with radish, cucumber, cheese and Teo egg

A really light and tasty salad with radish, cucumber, herbs and tender cheese.

Cooking time 15 minutes


Radish 5-6 pcs

Ground cucumbers 1 pc

Feta cheese 50 g

Egg 1 pc

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Parsley (greens) 2-3 pcs

Lettuce leaves

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Cut the radish into slices into a bowl.

Add the sliced ​​cucumber in circles. Season with salt, pepper and oil.

Put on a platter with lettuce leaves (tear with your hands). Let it brew a little.

Place the salad on a serving platter. Top with diced cheese, sliced ​​boiled egg and parsley leaves.
