Semolina pudding with honey

Semolina pudding with honey is a delicious dessert that is easy to make at home. It's also a wonderful lean dish.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Water 200 ml

Semolina 3 tbsp. l.

Honey 2 tbsp l.

Vegetable oil 1 tsp.

Salt to taste


Boil water in a saucepan.

Pour in the groats and, stirring constantly, simmer over low heat. Salt to taste.

Grease the molds a little with vegetable oil.

Put the hot mass into molds.

Refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Turn the pudding over onto a platter and drizzle with honey before serving.
