Vegetable sauce with tomatoes for pasta

Fry finely chopped onions and grated carrots in a pan with vegetable oil for 1-2 minutes.

Add mashed tomatoes, salt and sugar. Simmer over low heat for 3-4 minutes.

Place in a blender bowl and beat well.

Fry flour in a dry frying pan.

Add chopped vegetables and mix well. Just warm it up.

Boil pasta, season with butter.

Put the pasta and sauce on a dish. And serve to the table.
