Tartar Sauce

Ingredients

Egg yolk (boiled) 4-5 pcs

Mustard with seeds 1 tsp

Pickled gherkins 3-4 pcs

Mayonnaise 1, 5 stack.

Lemon juice 1 tsp

Salt to taste

Preparation

We interrupt the gherkins with a blender.

Add yolks, mustard, salt to taste, a little lemon juice and mayonnaise.

We interrupt everything again with a blender.

The Tartar sauce is ready.
