Lean white bean sauce

Sauce, "spread" on a sandwich, dressing, such a preparation will not be left without attention during the fast.

Cooking time 10 minutes

Ingredients

Canned beans (white) 100 g

Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. l.

Parsley (greens) 1 bunch

Salt 1/4 tsp

Ground black pepper to taste

Preparation

Drain the beans and place in a bowl.

Add vegetable oil, salt and pepper.

Add finely chopped parsley to a bowl of beans.

Transfer the beans to a chopping bowl and beat with a blender.

Grind the beans with herbs until smooth.

Place in a saucepan.

The lean white bean sauce is ready. Serve to a lean table.
