A-minor funchose and chicken salad

This tasty salad with mouth-watering fried chicken and rice noodles will leave no one indifferent.

Cooking time 25 minutes


Chicken fillet 200 g

Bell pepper 1 pc

Cherry tomatoes 5 pcs

Rice noodles 50 g

Korean carrots 50 g

Green onion (feather) bunch

Ground ginger 1 tsp

Frying oil 2-3 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste


Rinse and dry the chicken fillet.

Cut into small pieces.

Season the fillet pieces with ground dry ginger.

Fry in vegetable oil until tender, add a little salt.

Rinse and dry the peppers, tomatoes and onions.

In a bowl, cut the peppers into small slices, chop the onion and cut the cherry tomatoes in halves.

Boil funchose and put on a sieve.

Add the chicken noodles to the bowl with the vegetables. Add chicken oil.

Add Korean-style carrots and stir.

Salt to taste. If desired, you can add another 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Let the salad sit.

Transfer to salad bowls.
