Cheese sauce

Ingredients

Milk 3.2% fat. 300 ml

Onion (small) 1 pc

Butter 15 g

Flour 2 tbsp. l.

Hard cheese 100 pcs

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

Nutmeg to taste

Preparation

Fold the onion into a small saucepan or stewpan, add milk and bring to a boil. Cover and let it brew for 20 minutes. Strain.
