Layered salad "Feast"

This original and easy-to-prepare puff salad "Feast" will be a decoration of any festive table.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Lightly salted herring 100 g

Potatoes 2 pcs

Carrot 1 pc

Green onion (feather) 1 bunch

Mayonnaise 2-3 tbsp l.

Salt to taste


Boil until tender, cool and peel potatoes and carrots.

Cut the herring fillet into pieces.

Grate potatoes in a bowl, salt and grease with mayonnaise. Mix.

Form the first layer with the serving ring.

Grate boiled carrots and mix with mayonnaise. Salt to taste.

Lay out in a second layer.

Put finely chopped green onions in the third layer.

Place the herring on top.

Remove the serving ring. Decorate with a sprig of dill and mayonnaise.

The "Feast" puff salad is ready. Can be served with a festive table.
