Spring sour cream sauce

Fresh and light sour cream sauce for meat, kebabs, chicken and good mood.

Cooking time 10 minutes

Ingredients

Sour cream 4-5 tbsp. l.

Fresh cucumber 1 pc

Garlic clove 2 pcs

Parsley (greens) 1 bunch

Salt to taste

Preparation

Place the sour cream in a bowl.

Add pressed garlic and finely chopped parsley.

Add finely grated cucumber and salt.

Stir and place in a saucepan. Spring sour cream sauce is ready. Can be served at the table.
