Tomato 2 kg
Water 1 l
Sugar 4 tbsp. l.
Salt 2 tbsp l.
Vinegar essence 70% 2 tbsp. l.
A clove of garlic 2-4 pieces
Bay leaf 2 pcs
Allspice peas 3-4 pcs
Cloves 2-4 pcs
Dill umbrellas 2 pcs
Put 1 umbrella of dill, 2 cloves of garlic, 1-2 bay leaves, 3-4 allspice peas, 2 cloves in clean jars with a volume of 1.5 liters.
Add 2-3 black currant leaves.
Wash well 2 kg of red, ripe and fleshy tomatoes.
Place the tomatoes tightly into the jars.
Pour boiling water over and cover, leave for 15 minutes.
Pour the water into a saucepan, add 2 tablespoons of salt and 4 tablespoons of sugar to 1 liter.
Add 1 tablespoon of 70% vinegar essence per 1 liter of brine to the boiling marinade.
Pour marinade into jars.
