Honey mushrooms 1-1, 5 kg

Garlic clove 2 pcs
Bay leaf 2 pcs
Black peppercorns 5-7 pcs
Vinegar essence 70% 1/2 tsp
Sort 1-1, 5 kilograms of fresh mushrooms and sort by size.
Rinse small and medium mushrooms of honey agaric and discard on a sieve.
Fold in a saucepan, pour cold water so that it covers the mushrooms and cook. Boil after boiling for 15 minutes, remove the foam. Throw the mushrooms in a colander, drain the water.
Pour 1 liter of water into a saucepan for the marinade, add 2 bay leaves, 5-7 peas of black allspice and 2 tablespoons of salt.
Add boiled mushrooms and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes in the marinade.
Finally add 2 chopped garlic cloves and 1/2 teaspoon of 70% vinegar essence. Boil for 1-2 minutes and remove from heat.
Catch the mushrooms with a slotted spoon and put in clean jars.
Pour the marinade over the mushrooms.
Screw on the lids and cool at room temperature.
Pickled mushrooms with garlic are ready. Store in a cold cellar or refrigerator.
