Using this recipe, you can make delicious pickled cucumbers for the winter. Just 30 minutes and delicious pickles are ready.

Cucumbers 2 kg

Water 1 l

Vinegar 50 ml

Currant leaves 5-6 pcs

Dill whisk 2 pcs

Garlic clove 4-6 pcs

Bay leaf 4 pcs

Black peppercorns

Allspice peas

Sugar 2 tbsp. l.

Salt 2 tbsp l.


Rinse and dry the black currant leaves and dill corollas well, peel the garlic. Prepare spices.

At the bottom of clean jars, lay 1 whisk of dill, 2-3 black currant leaves, 2 bay leaves, 5-7 black peppercorns, 5-7 allspice peas and 2 garlic cloves each.

Wash cucumbers well, cut the tails.

Put cucumbers in jars.

Pour boiling water over, cover and leave for 15 minutes.

Pour the water into a saucepan, add 2 tablespoons of sugar and 2 tablespoons of salt per 1 liter.

Boil the marinade and add vinegar per 1 liter of 50 ml vinegar 9%.

Pour marinade into jars and roll up. Put the jars in a warm place until they cool completely.

Pickled cucumbers are ready. Store pickled cucumbers in the cellar.
