Fish salad

Even from a minimal set of products, you can easily cook something delicious. And this fish salad is proof of that.

Cooking time 35 minutes


Pink salmon fillet 300 g

Green peas 100 g

Eggs 3 pcs

Mayonnaise 2-3 tbsp l.

Potatoes 2 pcs

Dill 1 bunch

Green onion (feather) 1 bunch

Salt to taste


Cut the fish fillet into small pieces.

Place in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Cook until tender and 15-20 minutes.

Boil potatoes and eggs, cool and peel.

Cool the fish and remove all bones, skin and fins. Mash well with a fork.

In a bowl, combine the diced eggs and potatoes.

Add fish, green peas and finely chopped dill. Salt to taste.

Season with mayonnaise, put on a dish and sprinkle with finely chopped green onions.

The fish salad is ready. Can be served with a festive table.
