Water 1 l
Plums 200 g
Sugar 200 g
Apples 3-4 pcs
Rinse and dry plums and apples.
In clean jars, fold the plums divided into halves, pitted 1/3 of the volume.
Add sliced apples without core.
Pour boiling water over and cover, leave for 15 minutes.
Pour the water into a saucepan and add sugar per 1 liter of 200 grams of sugar. Boil the syrup.
Pour syrup into jars.
Tighten with lids and put in heat until it cools completely.
Plum and apple compote is ready for the winter. Store the compote in a cool place.
